Returning for its 5th year is RC Netball's LITTLE BLACK DRESS DAY!   After 2 successful years at the Como Hotel and another 2 at the Emerson, this year we are moving to the CBD!   $65 will get you entry, a 4 hour drinks package (beer, wine, cider & soft drink) as well as some nibbles throughout the afternoon.   We recommend having lunch prior, the restaurant below is open from 12pm and there are also plenty of eateries in area, within walking distance.       This event is open to all women involved with Richmond Centrals and we encourage you to bring along friends, even if they don't play netball.   Dress Code is strictly Little Black Dress    

  As we have a large number of new players who have joined us, we are going to be doing another run of polos.   We require a minimum of 10 to order and the cost is $35 each.   I will be opening the store to purchase, from now until FRIDAY 23RD OF SEPTEMBER, I will be then sending through the order through to supplier on the Monday (normally take 1-2 weeks for them to arrive).   These polos are great for the Winter and Summer seasons and have air pockets under the arms to keep you cool/fresher.   Please click the link below to purchase.   **There will be NO extension on the dates above so make sure you get it sorted early, as not to miss out!**

On Friday November 18th Jules, Amanda, Maria and Jen will be testing both their fitness and mental fortitude over a tough 60km course on the Mornington Peninsula while raising much needed funds for this year’s Charity of choice, the Fred Hollows Foundation.   The Fred Hollows Foundation aims to eliminate preventable eye disease by training of thousands of doctors and nurses and restoring sight to hundreds of thousands of needlessly blind people. Why are we doing this??? Because right now, an estimated 32.4 million people across the world are blind   If you want to know more about the event, please go to the Coast Trek Website.http://melbourne.coastrek.com.au/ As our major fundraiser for the walk, we have decided to go with a Dumplings Night! Let’s face it, who doesn’t love dumplings. We have managed to book out HIYAA Dumplings on Victoria Street for our dumplings night, where we can promise that you will be well fed and watered until you pop as part of your $50.00 ticket. HIYAA is one of the premier dumpling houses in Melbourne with their Chicken and Prawn dumplings being especially good! There will be a selection of beers, wines and cider as well as soft drink available as part of your ticket price also! There will be some door prizes as well as a raffle on the night, so please bring along a small amount of cash as well. Look forward to seeing you all on what will be a great night supporting a great cause.
