Welcome to Richmond Central

This is NOT the website for The Richmond Central Football Netball Club, it is our event system only. If you are after our website, please visit https://richmondcentral.com.au/

The Richmond Central Amateur Football Club (RCAFC) was established in 1987, and is home to three Mens’s senior football teams: Seniors, Reserves and Cardinals (Thirds), and effective 2019, home to one Women’s Team.

The club operates from Kevin Bartlett Reserve off Yarra Boulevard in Richmond and are also known to schedule to a number of games on the famous Victoria Park in Abbotsford from time to time.

The RCAFC competes in the Victoria Amateur Football Association (VAFA) – one of the biggest and most respected amateur football associations in the world. We have won Senior premierships twice, in 1989 and 1994.

Richmond Central are known as the “Centrals”, or the “Snakes”. The Snakes train most nights of the week on the fantastic riverside oval – Kevin Bartlett Reserve. This is accessed from Yarra Blvd in Richmond.

In 2012 we started our first social netball team operating through the local leagues. Today we have multiple social teams playing on various nights of the week, as well as two graded Saturday teams who compete in the Waverley competition.
